Hover menus hinder "at a glance" capabilities
Previously (before the hover menus) you were able to see when a sending (test or official) was in progress and what test number you were on. Now, especially with the subject line missing, there are extra steps involved to get a good overview of the email campaigns. Especially when there are multiple emails being tested at the same time, it can become a little confusing.

Send Test
Could there be a way to assure only test lists are selectable when clicking on the "Send Test" option. This would help prevent accidentally sending a test to a full subscriber list.

Trigger Time Option
The SL system has great Trigger features that can be used for sending out Birthday E-Cards to customers.
Unfortunately, the Trigger system does NOT allow an SL user to choose to send out their birthday e-cards at a specific time of day - say 9:30 AM.
This functionality IS available with regular campaigns and it would be a GREAT UPGRADE for the Triggers.
The PROBLEM with sending out Birthday E-cards at 12:00 PM Midnight is that it makes them look like a totally automated system, whereas, it the user could choose to send out a Birthday E-Card in the middle… more

Ability to test autoresponders
Current there is no way to the email of an autoresponder; aside from signing up and then deleting yourself over and over again. It would be nice if we can test them or be able to create the email campaign and assign it to the autoresponder once it's approved.

Allow reporting to be sorted by segment and/or list
If an email message goes out to multiple lists and/or segments we should be able to isolate the activity of that particular group of people. While still also being able to see overall statistics.
WITHOUT having to send an individual message to each individual segment or list.5 votes -
Required Form fields vs. Required database fields
It would be great when creating forms to choose to make them required (or not) at the form creation stage rather than at the field creation stage.

Trigger Confirmation
At the present time, it is possible to configure an email campaign so that the List Owner is notified when an email campaign is sent out.
It would be GREAT if we could also customize Triggers so that the List Owners could receive an email notification whenever a trigger sends out an email campaign.

Grouping Fields in Folders
If a client has alot of fields, used in a survey for instance, if we could group them into a folder so they don't clutter up the entire page. Similar to how lists can be sorted and categorized by folder.

New Report: Hot Opens/Clickers
Add ability to sort openers and clickers by by the number of times they opened an email. This will allow an easy way to see who are the key openers and clickers in a campaign and allow for a specific followup. This feature is available in several other platforms and is very useful.

Global Footer
Have global footer CENTERED by default. It's currently left justified and we've noticed that most clients neglect to center it when setting up their email campaign.

Add Contact Last Modify Date to Contact Details
Just like there is a Contact Request Date, and Contact Confirm Date. Its important for us to know when a contact was last modified/updated. Is it possible to add a new common data field for this?

New API feature method: ReturnContacts()
With the current API, in order to get contacts from lists you have to call ReturnActive(), ReturnUnsubscribed() or ReturnBounced(). I suggest that you move more towards how it's implemented on your website. Implement a method called ReturnContacts() that takes in an enum value specifying whether you want Active, Bounced, Unsubscribed, or Any Status. This eliminates redundancy in code (as the methods are nearly identical) and makes things more intuitive.

Bring back the quick Preview Option
In the previous interface, Sendlabs gave the option to send a "quick preview" to a contact. Was this feature removed?
Using that option, sending a campaign to a single recipient's inbox could be quickly accomplished by entering an address into the field, then clicking submit. It also left the campaign status as "Unsent", making it clear which campaigns were waiting for approval and which had actually been sent/delivered.
This set-up was more efficient than the current "Send Test" functionality.

Update links to "Help" and Best Practice Tips within application to our own hosted Help Center
This is a biggie, We would like the ability to update the internal application links to the “Help” center and best practice icons to our own branded help center. For example instead of myemailsupport.com the url would change to ourcustomurl.com.
